Weight loss counseling is a great way to keep you accountable during your weight loss journey. If you feel frustrated because you already know what you need to do to lose weight, but can't seem to follow through then weight loss counseling is a good fit for you. You'll work with myself, a trained weight loss counselor, to learn cognitive and behavioral strategies that will help you achieve your weight loss goals.
I approach weight loss counseling from a background in Psychology. I have a Bachelor's degree from Temple University in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Drexel University where I studied behavioral interventions for promoting health behavior change. I received extensive hands on training in delivering weight loss and lifestyle modification programs. I love helping people take back control over their health and find balance in their lives. I've made it my mission to share the knowledge I've accumulated through my personal experience, education and training. Over the years, I have helped countless clients achieve their goals.
We will work together during your initial consultation to develop a plan that best fits your needs and will continue to refine the plan as time goes on depending on your goals to lose weight or maintain your weight.
