Right before I turned 70 I heard the promo for this program on the radio. Since I’d been planning to lose weight for a few decades I figured what do I have to lose by signing up. What I learned with the guidance of the coach was how to seriously watch and manage my weight. This meant I no longer got to kid myself about how much I ate and how active I was and often wasn’t. In the trash are my collection of diet books, magazines, and the junk I am embarrassed to say I bought from Dr. Oz.
